Inner Circle founder, Joseph Gillespie, began his hospitality industry career as a real estate broker, mortgage broker, and private equity consultant in the 1980’s.  The success achieved by Mr. Gillespie resulted in a shift in focus to his own personal portfolio in the early 1990’s.  That portfolio eventually included the acquisition and management of more than 70 full-service hotels and resorts.
