With over 29 years of professional accounting experience, Dickey has served as a Controller, Vice President of Accounting and Chief Accounting Officer for the past two decades in the hospitality industry.
As the Chief Financial Officer for Inner Circle, Dickey is responsible for fiscal management, timely and accurate reporting, analysis, financial planning, budgeting, accounting and cash management along with ensuring that effective systems of internal accounting control are maintained in every hotel and resort.
Prior to joining Inner Circle, Dickey was the Chief Accounting Officer for Ocean Waters Holdings, which included 72 assets that consisted of 24 operating hotels and variety of commercial, residential and retail properties. Throughout his career, Dickey has worked in the complex world of multi-property financial management, restructuring and acquisitions. He has worked for some of the most renowned hotels and property groups in the lower South including, Westin, Pineapple Management, LeMeridien and Encore Hotels.
