James H. Lloyd
Director of Security & Loss Prevention

James brings over 10 years of high level security and loss prevention to Inner Circle. James began his career in the United States Army with the Infantry Elite 10th Mountain Division and was decorated with distinction in 2 separate combat theaters. He served as an Infantry squad leader until 2006 when James was honorably discharged from active duty. He currently serves in an Infantry Training Brigade as a part of the United States Army Reserves. His role is training and preparing soldiers and personnel who are slated to deploy to Iraq or Afghanistan.

Upon being honorably discharged from the United States Army, James moved to Daytona Beach, where he accepted a position as the Director of Security & Loss Prevention and remained dedicated to this role for three years. James was responsible for the Security, Loss Prevention, Risk Management and Emergency Planning of 24 Operating Hospitality Assets and over 60 mixed use properties.

In 2009, James joined Inner Circle in the same capacity that he served with Ocean Waters. He continues to constantly monitor, evaluate, plan and execute policies and procedures in the areas of Physical Security, Loss Prevention, Public Safety, Risk Management, and Emergency planning to ensure the well being of employees, guests and the organization at large.
