Peter Jaques

Senior Vice President, Asset Management

Mr. Jaques is Managing Director of the New York City office for Inner Circle Management, focusing on new business development activities and operational responsibility for new operations. Prior to joining Inner Circle Management Mr. Jaques served as Vice President, Hospitality, for Arbor Realty Trust, a publically traded Real Estate Investment Trust where his duties centered on the operational overview of a mixed hospitality portfolio of first mortgage, mezzanine loans and REO properties.

Mr. Jaques has extensive hotel operations experience. Commencing with the management of the Holiday Inns European reservations office in London and encompassing Regional Director of Sales, General Manager positions with Hilton International, and Operations Director for a group of UK hotels. Mr. Jaques then became CFO/General Manager for CityLife Hotels/Hotel 57 in New York City, a portfolio of three hotels with over 1000 rooms. In this capacity Mr. Jaques created and monitored operating budgets, directed the $25 million interior renovation of the facilities, oversaw the construction draws throughout the process, creating the environment which lead to a highly profitable sale of the group.
