Inner Circle’s geographic focus includes the Top 25 US MSAs and select resort markets including: Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles, Miami, New York City, Portland, Minneapolis, Austin, San Diego, San Francisco, Seattle, Tampa, Nashville, Washington D.C., Charleston, New Orleans and select markets throughout Florida.

Inner Circle’s investors and joint-venture partners include leading institutional fund managers, endowment funds, pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, foundations, family offices and publicly traded companies including REIT’s. Lenders include investment banks, commercial banks (balance sheet and CMBS) and credit companies.

Inner Circle has participated in approximately $3B+ of real estate projects, with a primary focus on hospitality (13,000+ hotel rooms) and hospitality anchored mixed use projects including multifamily, retail, parking, senior housing (approximately 2,000+ units) and other operationally intensive forms of real estate. Inner Circle led transactions have generated in excess of $1.2B of profits for its principals and investors across three distinct lodging cycles since the early 1990’s.
